Overview

The Director of Monitoring and Evaluation will lead the M&E team at KIND, focusing on assessing and improving the effectiveness of programs for unaccompanied and separated children.

In Short

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in relevant fields or significant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in monitoring and evaluation systems.
  • Proven success in M&E system implementation.
  • Expertise in evaluation methodologies and data analysis.
  • Experience in training related to M&E preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in a remote working environment preferred.
