Overview

The Director of Program Evaluation at Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) is responsible for leading evaluation, research, and quality improvement projects to enhance program effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in program evaluation or research.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Stata).
  • Experience with quality improvement methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
  • Experience with SQL and database management is a plus.
  • Commitment to equity and social justice.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
