Overview

The Director of Programs is responsible for cultivating and maintaining a network of community-based solutions and innovations that serve as proof points for the different policies, practices, forms, and structures that can support a more equitable economy.

  • Knowledge of economic justice and racial justice practices.
  • Experience with various training and community-building tools.
  • Ability to think at both macro and micro levels.
  • Strategic discernment and opportunity spotting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Practices emotional intelligence.
