Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience in HR.
• Proven experience in organizational development and employee experience design.
• Strong understanding of performance management and L&D principles.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring program effectiveness.
• Proven management experience leading a team.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with HRIS and engagement tools.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
