Requirements

• 8+ years experience in the electrical industry.
• 4+ years as a manager/people leader.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g. NEC, NFPA, OSHA).
• Strong understanding of licensing requirements.
• Proven experience managing complex programs.
• Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with sales processes related to electrical services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
