Director of Strategic Programs - Remote

Overview

SimplePractice is looking for a dynamic, operations-focused Director of Strategic Programs (DSP) to help us ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic initiatives occurring simultaneously.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects as directed by the CEO.
• Implement and improve SimplePractice and Vista best practices across all functional areas.
• Manage and complete the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Determine, track, and report metrics for strategic projects.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting SimplePractice.
• Partner with the CEO and CFO on post-M&A activities.
• Represent the CEO in high-level meetings and events.
• Serve as the primary liaison between SimplePractice and Vista Equity Partners.
• Facilitate collaboration between the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years operations experience, preferably in M&A integration and SaaS.
• Competency in implementing business processes and metrics.
• Experience managing teams in matrixed environments.
• Solid project management skills.
• Established business and financial acumen.
• Robust analytical and quantitative skills.
• Resilient in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in driving change in matrixed environments.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
