Director of Strategic Projects - Remote

Overview

Zearn is seeking a high-impact strategic leader to partner with the VP of Strategy and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at a pivotal phase of growth, driving initiatives that will scale Zearn’s implementation and user engagement to achieve measurable impact on math achievement.

In Short

• Lead high-priority experiments to drive deeper implementation and impact of Zearn.
• Play a leading role in Zearn’s strategic planning process.
• Define and manage cross-functional initiatives supporting Zearn’s strategic priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of Zearn's operations.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and ELT.
• Evaluate and codify existing implementation processes.
• Translate internal operating plans to external facing business plans.
• Identify opportunity areas for improvement.
• Communicate strategic vision to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple complex workstreams with autonomy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Experience in education or nonprofit contexts preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex workstreams.
• Experience leading teams and providing coaching.
• Strong foundation in data analysis and communication.
• Ability to develop and execute complex actionable plans.
• Experience in change management.
• Passion for continuous growth and development.
