Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, education, public policy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably in education or nonprofit contexts.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
