Overview

The purpose of Zearn is to inspire all kids to love learning math through high-quality digital content. The Spanish Digital Translation Associate role supports the translation of existing English content into Spanish for Multilingual Learners in the U.S. education system.

• Prepare and execute high-quality Spanish translations of digital lessons.
• Manage pre-translation needs including file preparation.
• Support quality assurance and review processes for translations.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on content development.
• Continuously improve Spanish content creation processes.
• Identify patterns and improve internal review processes.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across translated materials.
• Collaborate in a transparent and open-to-feedback culture.
• Contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
• Report to the Spanish Translation Manager.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledgeable of ES-US dialect.
• 2+ years of translation and editorial experience in K-8 education.
• 2+ years of project management experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and commitments effectively.
• Experience in quality management and process improvement.
• Critical reading and sharing perspectives productively.
• Deadline-oriented execution in project management.
• Proactive learning and using team processes.
• Organizational skills for managing tools and materials.
