• Set our Strategic Partnerships strategy and lead in its execution.
• Spearhead the next version of UnitedMasters through creative ideas, partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Source, negotiate and execute deals that bring value to UnitedMasters and its roster of artists.
• Own relationships with existing partners to grow and deepen those partnerships.
• Lead strategic and complex negotiations across various teams.
• Build out opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Lead a small team to grow and scale our strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Strategic Partnerships or related field.
• Proven track record of execution, including hitting revenue or operational KPIs.
• Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience sourcing, closing and executing partnerships in the tech and/or music industries.
• Ability to work cross collaboratively with various business teams.
