Overview

The Director of Strategic Planning will be responsible for leading the organization’s strategic initiatives, managing executive staff, and facilitating high-level executive offsites. This role will ensure alignment between strategic goals and business operations, driving performance, innovation, and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business management, or executive-level consulting.
  • Proven experience managing executive teams and facilitating high-impact meetings.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in change management and business transformation.
