Overview

The Director of Strategic Programs and Chief of Staff will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, providing high-level strategic support and ensuring that key business initiatives are executed effectively.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and CSO.
• Develop and iterate a 3-year strategy with the executive team.
• Manage cross-functional projects to execute the strategy.
• Lead special projects as an extension of the CEO.
• Identify acquisitions and lead M&A efforts.
• Prepare executive communications and board materials.
• Facilitate executive team meetings and ensure accountability.
• Proactively develop solutions to business challenges.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree & MBA.
• 5+ years’ experience in strategy roles for SaaS or consulting.
• Experience in the Consulting, Legal or CLM industry is a plus.
• Skills in project management, research, and analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of delivering strategic initiatives.
• Goal-oriented with team collaboration skills.
• Strong capabilities in M&A strategy execution.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel globally 10-15% of the time.
