• Define and lead the strategic vision for product design at Agiloft.
• Shape product strategy and roadmaps through user experience and customer empathy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed team of UX designers.
• Champion a design-led culture advocating for design thinking and customer-centricity.
• Oversee user research programs to understand customer needs.
• Establish KPIs to quantify the impact of design on user satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality design execution through design reviews and critique sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing for a cohesive user experience.
• Develop scalable design systems for consistency and accessibility.
• Act as a design ambassador in executive forums and industry events.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in product and UX design.
• 5+ years in senior design leadership roles at fast-scaling SaaS companies.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Track record of leading high-impact design teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma and Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with distributed, multinational teams.
• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
