Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Customer Education to lead the development and execution of scalable education programs for our customers.

In Short

  • Oversee the strategy and improvement of the Customer Help Center.
  • Develop onboarding initiatives including guides and webinars.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer education at scale.
  • Lead the development of educational video content and guides.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for customer education.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Marketing and Product Management.
  • Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage customer education platforms and tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Small and Medium Businesses (SMB).
  • Minimum 7 years leading customer education in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in scalable customer education strategies.
  • Expertise in leveraging AI and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on optimizing education initiatives.
  • Experience with customer education platforms and LMS tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Education (MBA preferred).
