As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst at SimplePractice, you will turn data into insights to drive decisions, improve customer outcomes, and help scale our Customer Success operations.

In Short

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Customer Success.
• Build and maintain SQL-based queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into analytical frameworks.
• Monitor customer engagement and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to access and model data.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in data analyst or business intelligence roles.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex data into insights.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
