Coordinate with various business teams to translate business requirements into BI reports and dashboards.
Create data models, ERD, and data flow diagrams.
Build functional data marts for in-depth analytics.
Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support decision-making.
Implement best practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
Maintain and extend the Epic Caboodle platform.
Support enterprise data standards and master data management.
Contribute to the data project lifecycle.
Assist with identification and validation of data sources.
Exhibit outstanding customer service skills with stakeholders.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in database development and BI reporting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to assess requirements and find innovative solutions.
Solid understanding of Epic data from Clarity and Caboodle.
Experience with Microsoft BI stack and ETL tools.
Knowledge of healthcare workflows.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data ETL concepts.
Familiarity with Agile project management methods.
Expert knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI.
Advanced knowledge of healthcare data structures.
