HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Operations team, driving data-driven decision-making across key internal functions.

In Short

• Manage the complete data lifecycle from engineering to visualization.
• Build and automate ETL pipelines.
• Design and maintain data models.
• Create automated reporting solutions and BI dashboards.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses for actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience, with analytical experience.
• Ability to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with SQL/Snowflake/Postgres.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
