Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Analytics or Data Science.
• 2–5 years of experience in BI or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel required; knowledge of SQL, Python preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in creating data models and visualizations.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate data is preferred.
