In Short

• Own the end-to-end BI function – design, build, iterate, and evangelise dashboards and self-serve reporting (Metabase, Looker).
• Conduct in-depth analysis on customer behavior, marketing performance, supply dynamics, and pricing.
• Proactively spot trends, anomalies, and growth levers; recommend next steps.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Run regular insight sessions and present dashboard walk-throughs to leadership.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and nurture a data culture.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in tools like Metabase and Looker.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings.
