Requirements

Proven track record in optimizing customer service processes.
Familiarity with chatbot platforms, especially Intercom.
Strong understanding of NLP, ML, and data analytics.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with senior leadership on technology initiatives.
