The Director of Training and Education is responsible for developing and managing education and training plans, programs, and activities to achieve business objectives for the company. This role involves overseeing internal and external education programs and ensuring optimal learning performance across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience with LMS platform management.
• Experience in driving organizational change.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Understanding of sales development processes.
