Overview

The Director of Sales Training will develop and execute the sales training strategy in preparation for our first commercial launch, ensuring the sales team is equipped to communicate the clinical value and market positioning of our medicines.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training curriculum.
  • Lead onboarding for new sales hires.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and role-playing exercises.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training materials.
  • Establish a continuous learning framework.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for NSCLC treatment paradigms.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
  • Collaborate in planning and content development of sales meetings.
  • Identify vendor partners for training material development.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Medical for review of training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years biopharma experience including oncology launch experience.
  • 5+ years of US oncology sales training experience.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up to 25% domestic travel.
