Requirements

  • Clinical sales experience, specifically in selling competitive assays is highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and delivering corporate clinical sales training programs.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong group facilitation and coaching abilities.
  • Proficiency in video-editing platforms and familiarity with learning platforms.
  • Highly organized and adaptable.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
