Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Experience leading recruitment in a medical diagnostics company.
• Proven track record of strategic recruiting plans.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem, TalentWall).
• Experience working remotely with high accountability.
