We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager of EMR Integrations & Interoperability to lead the delivery and improvement of our EMR integration capabilities.

In Short

• Lead EMR integration projects end-to-end.
• Manage a team of EMR integration engineers and analysts.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide EMR integration strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations teams.
• Oversee integration across major platforms like Epic and Cerner.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership.
• Foster a high-performance team culture.
• Develop proactive monitoring and incident response protocols.
• Serve as a thought leader on EMR interoperability.

Requirements

• 6+ years in healthcare IT or EMR integration.
• Experience in a leadership role for 2-3 years.
• Strong technical expertise in EMR platforms and interoperability standards.
• Track record of delivering complex integration projects.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
