The Senior Manager, Store Integration leads the onboarding of stores into the NAPA Operating Blueprint, focusing on ISO Buy Outs, Competitor Acquisitions, and New Stores, while ensuring minimal customer disruption and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in project management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team.
