Overview

The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Director, APAC Training & Certification to provide strategic direction and carry P&L responsibility for Red Hat’s growing learning business.

In Short

• Lead the APAC Training Business with P&L responsibility.
• Forecast business and implement measures to address gaps.
• Manage training sales and delivery personnel.
• Create strategies for market expansion.
• Foster relationships with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives across APAC.
• Develop strategies for Red Hat Academy in higher education.
• Provide leadership in a transparent environment.
• Fluent in English required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing training leadership.
• Proven track record in building and managing a training business.
• Experience in business planning and pipeline management.
• Expertise in full life cycle sales activities.
• Strong coaching and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
