Registrar Corp’s mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 32,000 food, cosmetics, medical devices, and drug companies in 180+ countries with compliance training, software, and services. We are seeking an energetic proven leader to drive our e-learning business as Director, Online Training, reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership position at a B2B e-learning company.
• Proven business-owner mindset with strong decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and performance data.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP systems and SCORM.
• Experience with courseware development processes.
• Comfortable with e-commerce-based selling.
• Experience leading a high-impact team.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
