Associate Director, Oncology Training - Remote

Overview

This role involves leadership, development, and delivery of the sales franchise curriculum for sales representatives and management at AbbVie, focusing on performance improvement and effective training.

In Short

• Lead the training strategy process for the US Sales Organization.
• Develop the franchise training team through coaching and leadership.

• Travel to the Mettawa, IL office twice a month for meetings.

• Focus on continuous improvement of training curricula.

• Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Demonstrated success in leading effective sales teams.
• Technical degree preferred; business-related degree acceptable with relevant experience.
• Experience in marketing and/or commercial training preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional design systems is desirable.
• Experience in training and curriculum design is a plus.
