Overview

Compass Health Center is seeking a dedicated, full-time Associate Director of Nursing to provide exemplary care to patients with various psychiatric conditions.

In Short

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing services.
• Manage department activities to ensure timely healthcare delivery.
• Implement nursing policies and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Oversee personnel selection and training for nursing staff.
• Conduct evaluations and training on clinical practices.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Promote customer service and resolve patient complaints.
• Ensure staff training in emergency procedures.
• Perform administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Requirements

• Hold a BSN degree.
• Registered Nurse with current licensure in Illinois.
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR.
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with 1+ years in management.
• Mental health experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Possess therapeutic communication skills.
