Director of Nursing - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate nursing leader to join us as a Director of Nursing. You will report to the Head of Nursing. This is a Full-time Hybrid position located in Phoenix, AZ serving Maricopa County. The Director of Nursing (DON) leads and directs clinical operations within the home health sector, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Must reside in Arizona, preferably in the Phoenix area.
• Effective communication skills.
