In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports Engine’s growth.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IT systems.
• Approve and oversee major IT projects and technology implementations.
• Develop and oversee the IT financial strategy, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Define the vision for technology adoption and oversee major innovation projects.
• Establish and maintain robust security protocols to protect company data.
• Define recovery and continuity goals, ensuring strategic alignment with business resilience plans.
• Build and lead a high-performing, distributed IT team.
• Establish IT performance metrics and expectations for continuous improvement.
• Develop communication and documentation strategies for compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT systems, including cloud infrastructure.
• Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a high growth startup, pre- and post-IPO preferred.
