Regional Training Director - Remote

Overview

The Regional Training Director is responsible for overseeing and delivering all in-person training needs of the Multifamily business within a specified region, while also partnering with Learning & Development on virtual training and needs.

In Short

• Deliver training for Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing Professionals.
• Use data to determine training needs.
• Partner with market leaders for topic determination and scheduling.
• Complete onboarding with the L&D team.
• Utilize facilitator guides for content accuracy.
• Provide feedback on content and training opportunities.
• Gather and report attendance and feedback.
• Ensure adoption of learned content through follow-up training.
• Collaborate on monthly Executive Summary reports.
• Travel is required to deliver in-person training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create and facilitate effective training programs.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.
• Ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
