The Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator will oversee the monitoring and evaluation protocols and tools for CorpsAfrica, ensuring they meet professional standards and funder expectations. The role involves supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts across various country offices in Africa.

• Oversee at least 2 country offices and provide technical support.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong qualitative research skills and experience with qualitative data analysis software.
• Proficient in G-Suite and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
