Overview

This role involves supporting the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) efforts of Global Fishing Watch’s program, particularly in Africa, aiming to enhance fisheries management and promote transparency.

• Implement MEL frameworks for regional programs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in MEL frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills in data collection and visualization.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
