Senior Manager, Ocean Governance - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager will work as part of the Global Program to enable and support the delivery of impact goals of the Latin America region, focusing on ocean governance and transparency.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in public administration or policy.
• 7+ years of experience in policy work.
• Experience with fisheries management and marine biodiversity.
• High proficiency in project management.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of remote organizational dynamics.
