Overview

The Senior Manager, Government Compliance role is a leadership position within the Governance, Risk and Compliance team at Anthology, focusing on managing Federal and State compliance programs.

• Lead the maintenance and expansion of compliance programs.
• Manage State and Federal regulatory compliance.
• Provide expertise for FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 standards.
• Oversee external audit calendar and corrective actions.
• Ensure vulnerability and penetration tests are executed.
• Conduct continuous monitoring reporting.
• Manage Vendor Risk Assessment program.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders.
• Assist in business process improvements.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for compliance reporting.

Requirements

• US Citizen.
• 8-12 years of IT audit and/or compliance experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with FedRAMP Framework.
• Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework.
• Experience managing security staff.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong writing ability for technical topics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISA) preferred.
