Nagarro is a digital product engineering company that builds products, services, and experiences across all devices and digital mediums. We are looking for a Manager Governance & Compliance to develop guidelines and ensure compliance within the company.

In Short

• Develop guidelines, concepts, and regulations for compliance.
• Advise teams on regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audit requests and monitor controls.
• Support implementation of corrective measures for deviations.
• Fluency in German and good command of English is mandatory.
• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
• Strong understanding of IT services processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and audit standards.
• Customer-oriented personality with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience.
