We are currently expanding our Federal team and are looking for an IT Governance Manager.

In Short

• Establish and oversee IT governance frameworks and policies.
• Drive the implementation of enterprise-wide strategies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture leads.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT architecture.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define key metrics for IT governance effectiveness.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Provide guidance on federal IT reporting requirements.
• Research technical and management aspects of IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in Federal IT governance or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Expertise in federal IT governance policies and compliance.
• Familiarity with federal IT reporting frameworks.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
