Deel is seeking an experienced Governance and Audit Manager with deep expertise in Financial Services and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to enhance our internal control environment and support our growth in the global payments and fintech landscape.

• Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in GRC, audit, or risk management.
• Proven track record in preparing for regulatory examinations.
• In-depth knowledge of payment regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in GRC tools and technologies.
• High attention to detail and strong leadership skills.
