Overview

Teach For All’s monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) team seeks a high-performing early-career professional passionate about evidence-informed programming and innovation who will support a variety of MERL team priorities and projects.

In Short

  • Support project management and systems related to MERL goals.
  • Contribute to internal team building and culture.
  • Support team communications and dissemination of research.
  • Manage project team workflow and deliverables.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of project work.
  • Coordinate consultations and conduct background research.
  • Create project deliverables like reports and presentations.
  • Develop strategic communications for dissemination.
  • Engage in team building efforts and represent the MERL team.
  • Maintain the MERL team’s web presence and content.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in education, public policy, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 1 year with a Master’s.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and collaborative disposition.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience creating visual knowledge products.
