Food and Nutrition Evaluation Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic visioning.
• Manage and mentor staff, promoting collaboration.
• Plan and develop methods for evaluating food and nutrition programs.
• Review project proposals to determine time frames and resources.
• Ensure responsiveness to client requirements.
• Identify lessons learned and make process improvements.
• Assist with developing Requests for Proposals and grant applications.
• Present findings to clients and community groups.
• Provide subject matter expertise and project management capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health nutrition or related field and 13+ years of experience.
• Direct experience managing food and nutrition evaluation initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing mixed-methods evaluation studies.
• Ability to lead projects independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Experience managing budgets and complex deliverables.
• Track record of strategic thinking and exceeding client expectations.
• Subject matter expertise in food and nutrition programs.
• Knowledge of evaluation methodologies and data collection approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
