Senior Director, Health Research and Insights - Remote

Overview

Altarum is seeking a Senior Director, Health Research and Insights for its Population Health division to lead our Health Research and Insights practice, overseeing and leading projects and portfolio growth, supervising and mentoring staff, providing operational and financial inputs to leadership, maintaining client and partner relationships, leading select proposals and business development efforts, providing support to your division leader (VP) and providing thought leadership in your area of expertise.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in public health.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings.
• Experience in leading RFP responses for federal and state opportunities.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• People management and leadership skills.
• Expertise in health data analysis and research design.
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights.
• Experience in building and maintaining partnerships.
