Overview

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the strategic vision for health economics and outcomes research across the product lifecycle.

In Short

  • Lead efforts to generate compelling real-world evidence and economic data.
  • Influence decision-making to demonstrate meaningful value to patients, payers, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute HEOR strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct observational research and economic modeling.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and external partners.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee study design and budget management.
  • Provide expert input on HEOR endpoints in clinical trials.
  • Represent the organization at scientific meetings and in interactions with thought leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and healthcare laws.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in economic modeling and real-world evidence initiatives.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and product positioning.
