Overview

The Sr. Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Analyst is responsible for analyzing healthcare data to evaluate the economic and clinical outcomes of various treatments, interventions, and programs.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets using statistical and data analysis techniques.
• Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to assess healthcare utilization patterns and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and execute HEOR studies.

Requirements

• Formal training in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, health economics, or related fields.
• Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in quantitative fields preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, STATA, or Python.
• Familiarity with healthcare databases and coding systems.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex healthcare data.
