Overview

The Sr. Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Analyst is responsible for analyzing healthcare data to evaluate the economic and clinical outcomes of various treatments, interventions, and programs.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets using statistical and data analysis techniques.
• Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to assess healthcare utilization patterns.
• Collaborate with internal team and external clients to design and execute HEOR studies.
• Generate comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Support business growth through strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in HEOR and healthcare data analytics.
• Adhere to data privacy and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Formal training in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, health economics, or related field.
• Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as Health Economics or data science preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, STATA, or Python.
• Familiarity with healthcare databases and coding systems.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex healthcare data.
