Director of Customer Success (East Region) - Remote

Overview

The Director of Customer Success will act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing a team to deliver solutions that meet customer needs in the healthcare industry.

In Short

• Understand customer needs and provide solutions as a client-counselor.
• Manage project delivery, including charters, kickoffs, and QBRs.
• Oversee budget and schedule adherence.

Requirements

• Experience in technical account management or customer success in technology/healthcare.
• Analytical mindset with experience in digital transformation projects.
• Background in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience in Value-Based Care or Population Health.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence.
• Experience in business requirement gathering.
• Leadership experience in a technology company is a plus.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Willingness to travel 30%-40% as needed.
