In Short

  • Lead a team of CSMs in maximizing customer success and retention.
  • Own the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention and growth rate.
  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, product, and finance.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical customer matters.
  • Build strategic relationships with key customers and industry leaders.
  • Report on customer success metrics to company leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in customer success.
  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven success in hyper-growth SaaS environments.
  • Ability to manage critical customer challenges effectively.
  • Experience in building efficient workflows for scalability.
  • Strong track record of achieving KPIs related to renewals and upsell.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
