Director of Customer Success - Remote

Overview

The Director of Customer Success at PaceMate is responsible for building and developing the customer base within U.S. facilities, leading a team to manage client relationships and ensure the effective use of PaceMate products and services.

• Lead point of contact for all clients, building long-lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Understand clients’ workflows and expectations from PaceMate.
• Develop strategies to deliver appropriate products and services.
• Present and influence key stakeholders in the customer base.
• Oversee a team of Account Managers and manage key accounts.
• Provide clients with product information and analytics.
• Responsible for maintaining and growing business in contracted groups.
• Manage budget expenses effectively.
• Involved in sales planning processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS or Equivalent 4-year Technical Degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in complex healthcare account management.
• 2-4 years of team management in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Sales Management.
• CRM/Cardiology Account Management experience required.
