Data Ops Engineer-1 - Remote

Overview

As a Data Ops Engineer-1, you will help customers explore their healthcare data and improve the health of the population while reducing healthcare costs.

In Short

• Create world-class customer-facing documentation.
• Remove ambiguity in understanding by documenting processes.
• Convert tacit knowledge to implicit knowledge.
• Experience in SQL and ETL/Python/BI support.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Sisense, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Support processes related to SLAs and product support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and BAs to create clear documentation.
• Maintain document versioning to align with product versions.
• Work in a flexible startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Requirements

• Experience in SQL and ETL / Python / BI support.
• Good to have familiarity with analytics tools (Sisense, Power BI, Tableau).
• Support processes (SLAs, OLAs, Product or application support).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, SMEs & BAs.
• Maintain appropriate versioning of documents.
• Ambitious and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.
